Over the last few months, I have had the pleasure of working with Shirley Smylie and her students on a “passport” for the North Highland Way. Shirley is rightly proud of her “girls”… they are an inspiration to us all, in particular Shirley herself.

Last evening I was at a function to display the artwork… it was truly amazing how creative people can be. I am thinking of doing a Foundation Art Course at the College myself… me, a tough economist and hard headed business woman. Who would have thought it.

Anyway, it was the girls’ night… and what a night.

Check back on Sunday and I will have footage from the Spanish singing, and the concert at Brownlow House.
